Greeting of the Day: Stay In Touch

It is quite common, these days more than ever, to have people come in and out of our lives. And yet we must take solace in the fact that the age of technology has ushered in numerous ways that we can stay in touch with people within our same state or across the globe. If there is someone that you do not want to lose touch with, make the effort. Don’t wait or put off an email, phone call, or visit. Staying in touch is a two-way street. Letting someone know you still think of them is one of the greatest gifts that you can give to a person that has left.

The greeting message of the day: “Although you are going away, it does not mean that you are any less special to me. I plan to keep in touch and hope you do to!”

Greeting of the Day: July 4th Greeting

What are you going to do for Independence Day? Maybe with a barbecue or at the beach. Whatever you do today take a moment to appreciate what it means to be living in an independent and free country. As we go about our every day lives, it is often easy to take for granted our lives here in the U.S. However, today is an opportunity for us not only to have a day off, but also to express our thanks, fly the flag, watch the fireworks, and celebrate our country.

The greeting message of the day: “It’s the Fourth of July! What a great nation we live in! Hope you celebrate today.”

Greeting of the Day: Everyday Greeting

Although there are definitely days that we struggle through, everyday is a new opportunity. Luckily, we do not have to relive the same day over and over. Remember the movie ‘Ground Hog’s Day’? Well, in real life it would not be all that funny. Think about the people you see every day. What would be their image of you? They are in part our mirrors. A simple smile or greeting to those that are a part of our everyday lives says to the world (and ourselves) that we acknowledge the day and take pleasure that it is a new one. And to our loved ones we can use any day to show them how much we care.

The greeting message of the day: “Life may be busy, but I just wanted to let you know I’m thinking of you. Have a great day!”

Greeting of the Day: Funny Greeting

Recently I heard a great joke that made me laugh. Unfortunately, I don’t remember all the details well enough to tell it now. However, it wasn’t the joke that stood out (obviously!), but it was the way it made me feel. I laughed until I cried. If doctors could prescribe ‘funny doses’ that would be a very effective remedy to cure the blah moments in life. What makes you laugh? When was the last time you were really silly? If you can’t remember when, then do something fun/funny today. Doctor’s orders!

The greeting message of the day: “Because I think you are just as silly as me, here is a funny greeting that made me laugh out loud. Hope you find it funny too!”

Greeting of the Day: For Dads

On appearance fathers can seem like they have it all figured out. However, just ask them about the time you were born and they might very well tell you that there were some things they were unsure of. If your dad is a kind of man who rarely asks for help why not do something special for him like helping to fix something around the house or taking him out for a dinner on you. Actually, the time spent together will be a treat in itself.

The greeting message of the day: “Dad, you’re the best man that I know. I am so happy that I have you for a father.”

Greeting of the Day: Graduations

May and June are the months for High School and College graduations. It is an exciting time for the graduates, their friends, and family. Graduations symbolize the reaching of a milestone and the start of new ones. If you have a graduate in mind, send them a congratuation and a few words of advice to start their next step in life.

The Greeting Message of the Day: “Congratulations on graduating. I know you’ll reach your next goals and be successful in life.”

Greeting of the Day: Father’s Day

With Father’s day fast approaching, I think it is quite fitting that we start adding some greetings and gift ideas for dads. Last year I got my dad a garmin GPS since he is a professional driver and thought it would be the perfect gift. Instead of traditional gifts like ties and socks, try to think of an affordable yet fitting gift for your dad. The best gifts should make your father’s life easier.

The greeeting message of the day: “Thank you dad for all your help through the years. Here’s a _(gift)_ to help you out. Happy Father’s Day.”

Greeting of the Day: Memorial Day

Memorial Day GreetingHappy memorial day. Today is a day to remember our fallen heros and their sacrafice for us and our country. An important thing to consider is to also give your prayers and thoughts to their families. This is a very good site for you to send a memorial day message - SOS-USA.org

The Greeting message of the day:

“Thank you for your service to our country and citizens. You are our hero. Happy Memorial Day.”

Welcome!

Welcome to the new site. I was inspired after Mother’s day to start this website. I bought my mom a present but it took me quite a while to think up of the perfect greeting card message to compliment the gift. This will be a free resource site for anyone who needs help coming up with a message for their greeting cards.
